A new larger reproduction of the original Monark spring, these are made here in the US by O'Hare spring company in Ohio. These are triple chrome plated springs by Angelus Plating, and offer smoother action than the originals. These springs are more beautiful, and their oversize adds to the look of the Monark springer fork.

Our earlier version Monark Repros used a thinner steel for the dropouts and were cut for smaller vintage axles. Modern hubs have larger axles. These axle dropouts are correctly cut for modern hubs, and are much stronger, and are required for motorized applications.
